Mercedes-Benz South West Service Plans
Servicing made simple.
Take out a Service Plan[1] today and your costs will be fixed for its duration. So even if the price of parts and labour should rise, the cost of your Service Plan will remain the same – that’s a guarantee. The same guarantee applies to hybrid vehicles too.
And of course, you will enjoy the reassurance that your vehicle is being looked after by the expert technicians of our Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop.
In addition to the convenience and reassurance it offers, a Mercedes-Benz South West Service Plan[1] also goes above and beyond comparable products in the marketplace by offering a host of additional benefits – most of them complimentary – for the duration of the contract.
Additional Benefits
Free-of-charge oil top-ups
Free-of-charge Software Upgrades
Free puncture repairs
Free-of-charge Courtesy Car (normal charge £30) Includes Insurance plus 40 miles, only modest fuel charges apply thereafter
Electric Maintenance
There are simply less moving parts on an electric vehicle resulting in less for our trained mechanics to service. There’s no need to top up the engine oil in an electric motor and regenerative braking means that your brake pads and discs will last longer.
However certain elements of your car need to be checked and may need replacing to ensure your electric vehicle is at its most efficient and safe to drive. Tyres, windscreen wipers, bulbs and brakes all need to be serviced to maintain your vehicle's health and value.

High Voltage Battery Warranty
A battery is a key component of all Plug-in Hybrid and Electric vehicles which is why every electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle we sell comes with a High voltage Battery Certificate, covering technical malfunctions with the battery arising from an inherent manufacturing fault.

The Battery Certificate is valid for up to a maximum distance of 62,000 miles (100,000 km) or up to six (6) years from the date of initial registration whichever comes sooner (“Plug-in Warranty Period”).
The Battery Certificate covers technical malfunctions of the high-voltage battery, arising directly from an inherent manufacturing fault.
Mercedes-Benz BEV (Battery Electric Vehicles)
The Battery Certificate is valid for up to a maximum distance of 100,000 miles (160,000 km) or up to eight (8) years from the date of initial registration whichever comes sooner (“Electric Warranty Period”).
