This service has been created for our Mercedes-Benz of Exeter customers, allowing for scheduled and planned maintenance and repair services to be undertaken at your home, office, or desired location defined by you. Because the Mobile Service is not tied to capacity utilisation or the location of a local workshop, it fits more easily into the day-to-day lives of our customers, offering a unique experience bringing the Mercedes-Benz standards to you.

Is Mobile Servicing safe?

All Mobile Servicing appointments will be undertaken in the conditions that the work is planned, compatibility with occupational health and safety standards is met and compatibility with environmental protection requirements is ensured.

All Mobile Service technicians are experienced and trained Mercedes-Benz technicians with in-depth product knowledge.

How long does it take?

Each appointment will take a maximum of two hours depending on individual cases.

How do I pay?

Once the appointment has finished, all work undertaken as well as associated parts and labour costs will be listed by your Mobile Service technician. An invoice will be sent directly to you online, and the Mobile Service technician will take payment there and then, whether via an online payment option or with a card reader.
