EQE Saloon & SUV & EQS Saloon & SUV - UK Mainland ONLY - ServiceCare plan includes 2 MOT test fees* and 2 interim checks. Interim checks include Visual Health Check, HV battery conditioning check and physical and visual inspection of HV charging cable, charge socket and cable lock (Not applicable to Northern Ireland). EQE Saloon & SUV & EQS Saloon & SUV - Northern Ireland ONLY- ServiceCare plan includes 1 Pre-MOT test fee** and 2 interim checks. Interim checks include Visual Health Check, HV battery conditioning check and physical and visual inspection of HV charging cable, charge socket and cable lock (Not applicable to UK mainland). The ServiceCare plan will include the routine maintenance required on the vehicle in line with Mercedes-Benz Manufacturer guidelines, a full inspection plus those items needed at each service. The ServiceCare Plan, once active, is a contract between the customer and Mercedes-Benz UK Limited directly. Once the vehicle is registered and plan activated, the customer will receive a copy of their Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Plan Contract within 30 days of vehicle handover. The ServiceCare plan is applicable only for the vehicle where the campaign is offered. ServiceCare plans are non-transferable between vehicles. The ServiceCare plan has been paid upfront by MBUK, any unused services on the plan remain with the vehicle. In the event the vehicle is sold with unused services, these can be passed onto a new owner. Notification of a transfer of ownership must be made to MBUK ahead of booking a Service at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer. This offer can be used in conjunction with all other applicable sales campaigns and finance products except Contract Hire agreement with Repair & Maintenance. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Service Contract campaigns. This Offer is provided by Mercedes-Benz UK Limited and in addition to these terms and conditions, is subject to the terms and conditions of the ServiceCare Plan. The terms of the offer may be amended and/or withdrawn by Mercedes-Benz UK Limited, at any time, without prior notice. There is no cash or credit alternative to the offer, and it is non-negotiable. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and as determined by the courts of England and Wales. *MOT test fee will be carried out in accordance with UK MOT legislation. Offer covers MOT test fee only. The customer will be liable for any additional work not covered within the ServiceCare plan. **Annual Pre-MOT Test, to be completed on an annual basis once the vehicle is 48 months old, and prior to the completion of the MOT test completed at a Government test centre (which is not included). Mercedes-Benz accepts no responsibility if a vehicle passes a Pre-MOT test but fails the government MOT test.
