2024 Wrapped: A year with Mercedes-Benz South West

2024 has been another eventful year at Mercedes-Benz South West, with new car models, a number of events, and whole lot of fun!
From launching our refurbished showroom in Exeter back in February to meeting the new Mercedes-Benz G580 with EQ Technology in December, it's been a whirlwind.
We’ve listed some of our highlights below in celebration of a successful year, and we can’t wait to see what 2025 will bring.
Mercedes-Benz of Exeter showroom launch
The new showroom layout includes various feature spaces to display specific Mercedes-Benz cars. There is a business area that allows customers to work should they need to, as well as a brand new refreshment area, merchandise displays, showroom audio, an interactive touch table, two 65” displays, and two video walls including audio to showcase the latest from Mercedes-Benz.
We held a fantastic launch event where we invited customers to view our new showroom and workshops, enjoy locally-sourced food and drink, enter competitions, test drive our models, and explore a potential event space.
AMG Weekend
In May, we hosted an AMG Weekend across all four of our site: Exeter, Taunton, Plymouth, and Truro. The weekend was filled with high-performance engines, dynamic driving, and high-end styling. Attendees had the opportunity to test drive our AMG models, take part in our F1 gaming tournament, enjoy complimentary local food and drink, and enter spot prizes across the weekend.
Acquistion of New Mercedes-Benz Vans
During the summer, Mercedes-Benz South West became the exclusive supplier of New Mercedes-Benz Vans in the South West, joining our experienced porfolio of Approved Used Van sales. Our launch event saw a number of activities happening in our Exeter showroom, and we've enjoyed expanding the Vans teams and watching the busines flourish.
