Q: Explain in one word why you love working for Mercedes-Benz South West.

A: Supported

Mercedes-Benz South West offers fantastic support to everyone within the business. Whether you're an apprentice who is just starting out, or a more experienced team member who needs some extra training to get to the next level, there is support available for everyone. Our apprenticeships allows those more unexeperienced to kickstart a career in something they are not yet experienced in, receiving excellent training while also gaining experience in the leading automobile manufacturer. We offer apprenticeships in our wide range of departments within Mercedes-Benz South West including Accounts, HR, Marketing, Service and Sales.

A: Opportunity

We pride ourselves in supporting our staff members within the business so they can develop their careers. One brilliant example of a team member progressing their career within Mercedes-Benz South West is our Plymouth General Manager, Christian Constantine, who joined the business as a Trainee Salesman a little over 10 years ago.
