The perfect package if security and safety means the most to you. The Urban Guard Package includes Emergency Key Deactivation, Stolen Vehicle Help, Park Damage Snapshots, Theft, Towing and Park Damages Notifications.

Charging Package

The charging Package compliments your Electric or Plug-in Hyrbid vehicle seamlessly. The charging package gives you access to Mercedes me Charge. All you have to do is register for a charge card, which you can then simply tap when finished charging. All of you billing history can then be found in your Mercedes-Benz account, all in one place.
