Mercedes-Benz are continuing their decades-long Coupé tradition in a very special way: with the brand new CLE Coupé. The highly anticipated model is now available in our showrooms.

Inspiration

Taking conceptual and technical innovations from both the C-Class and E-Class, the CLE Coupé has combined sporty and elegant proportions with the modern design language of Mercedes-Benz. While it has taken elements from the C-Class and E-Class, there is no doubt that the CLE Coupé has maximum individuality and supremely sporty driving performance. The brand new two-door model is paving its own path.

Features

The CLE Coupé adopts several digital innovations from the new E-Class. With the new electronics architecture and the third generation of the MBUX infotainment system, the CLE is Mercedes-Benz’s most intelligent Coupé. It offers a fantastically interactive experience and a whole new level of personalisation.

Burmester 3D Surround Sound System includes 17 speakers, including two close to each ear in the front seats and is paired with Dolby Atmos, which takes immersive audio experience to a new level with the native integration of spatial audio. While many stereo systems tend to have left-to-tight dynamics, Dolby Atmos can use the full range and create a 360-degree experience.

Innovation

For the first ever time at Mercedes-Benz, the front seats are not unlocked using a lever, but rather with an elegant loop made of Nappa leather.

At 4,850 millimetres long, the new two-door is the largest Coupé in the mid-size segment, offering significantly more space than the C-Class Coupé. The trunk offers a fantastic 60 litres more volume, easily being able to hold three golf bags!

Exterior

The new Coupé follows the inextricable traditions of Mercedes-Benz proportions, staying true to the Mercedes-Benz design philosophy of Sensual Purity. The long wheelbase, and well-positioned and strongly-inclined A-pillar are complemented with the progressively forward-leaning “shark nose” and newly designed, three-dimensional radiator grille. The result is athletic but elegant, powerful and dynamic.

Safety

As with any Mercedes-Benz model, safety is paramount. There are numerous driver assistance systems – some of which have been further developed – which offer situation-specific support for increased safety. The following come as standard: ATTENTION ASSIST, Active Brake Assist, Active Lane Keeping, Speed Limit Assist, and the parking package with reversing camera.

Product highlights

There is a fully digital 12.3-inch driver display accompanied by an 11.9-inch touchscreen display with driver orientation. The AVANTGARDE Line features 18 inch light-allow wheels as standard. The AMG Line features 19-inch rims as standard. It incorporates the latest MBUX infotainment generation. The mild hybrid engines have an integrated starter generator and 48-volt electrical system. The dynamic ambient lighting features 64 colours, extendable from the centre console to the outer air vents.
