Mercedes-Benz Express Check-in

At Mercedes-Benz of Exeter, you can now use our Express Check-in Service if your vehicle is booked in for a service. We are dedicated to providing a convenient and practical service for our customers, which is why we have introduced the Express Check-in kiosks.

If you opt to use this service, we will send you an SMS the day before your appointment so you can begin the check-in process from home. When you arrive for your appointment, simply follow the on-screen instructions at the secure kiosk and pop your keys in the locker.

Alternatively, you can carry out the whole check-in process in the showroom using the kiosk when you arrive.

After your appointment, you can use the express service to check out at the end of the day. Let our service team know, and they will ensure your keys are ready to collect from the locker after your appointment.

Of course, our friendly hosts will still be on hand if you prefer to check in with them.
