Construction works soon to begin at Mercedes-Benz of Exeter

Development work is soon to commence at Mercedes-Benz of Exeter to facilitate the expansion of the upper floor office space. Starting on July 9th, the first floor of the state-of-the art showroom is extending to make use of the space to the rear of the showroom's mezzanine. Not only will this allow for growth to the parking area at the rear of the site where temporary buildings are currently in place, but will promote an even more integrated operation across our various internal departments. This development cements an exciting period of growth for Mercedes-Benz South West. It follows two new LCV centres; Exeter's dedicated LCV centre was opened on Hill Barton Industrial Estate in March closely followed by a similar enterprise in Taunton. The construction work is due to continue until October this year. Customers should not expect any change to services provided by our Exeter team. However, we must advise visitors to the showroom of the potential for noise disruption while the building is undergoing these changes. Richard Golsworthy, General Manager, said, "We are excited to undertake development work to expand our offices at Mercedes-Benz of Exeter. This will transform the space that has been made available to us due the opening of the brilliant new LCV and trade parts facility in Hill Barton. While we have taken every precaution to ensure visitors will not be affected, we regret that increased noise levels will be unavoidable, particularly in the first six weeks.
