Michaela Robbins, Recruitment Coordinator

“There are so many different opportunities within the business, there’s so much opportunity for growth here as well. One of the biggest career stories that we always talk about is Luke Yetman, our Sales Director. Luke started in the business as a Sales Trainee at Mercedes-Benz of Taunton, he progressed though the business right to the top.

“We relaunched our ‘Aspiring Mangers Programme’, it’s a 12 month management scheme that essentially teaches internal colleagues how to be an effective manager within the business. So that they are all set up ready for the next step in their progression of their careers.”

“We have a few different Apprenticeship Opportunities in the business, our technician apprenticeship course is run by Mercedes-Benz UK where our apprentices work with us on a full time basis. We also have apprentices across departments, for example our Digital Marketing Apprenticeship and our Human Recourses Apprenticeship, again you would be working on a full time basis with one day a week to study a qualification at Exeter College.”
