Best Companies Accreditation

The month of May was an exciting one at Mercedes-Benz South West. We’re thrilled to announce that we have received a Two Star Accreditation from employee engagement specialists Best Companies.

Best Companies describe a Two Star Accreditation as a representation of organisations ‘striving for the top’. Achieving this award is a true testament to our staff’s happiness, as the accreditation takes a score of at least 696.5, only made possible through an outstanding commitment to workplace engagement.

The recognition programme by Best Companies is the standard for workplace engagement, and their data is based on feedback given by employees looking at how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.
