Mercedes-Benz South West has been recognised at the Auto Trader Retailer Awards 2021. With so much choice out there, Auto Trader is designed to make the process of buying a vehicle less daunting for consumers and The Auto Trader Retailer Awards acknowledge the best in the business. Amongst 250 nominations, Mercedes-Benz South West was named a top three finalist for this year’s Innovation Award (100+ vehicles). This accolade highlights the way our business has responded to the changing world and has adapted to meet the needs of the consumer. Before the world went into lockdown, we were working on moving away from traditional methods of car sales. Bringing a digital element into the sales team meant our customers could still contact us efficiently when they were unable to come into the showroom. Furthermore, we also now offer 48hr delivery, introduced live video appointments and offered a ‘click and collect’ service. To be named as a finalist is a testament to the hard work the Mercedes-Benz South West team has put into ensuring our customers are still getting the experience expected when using our dealerships – the best or nothing.
