Sustainable Road Trip With Jack Yeandle

For the second video in our sustainable road trip series, we took Jack Yeandle and his daughters, Ava and Nellie, around the south west in the all-electric EQB. Their day started off with a trip to the beautiful Haldon Forest where they rented bikes from Forest Cycle Hire. Once they completed their sunny bike ride, they then travelled to the stunning Hotel du Vin for some Afternoon Tea.

After Jack, Ava and Nellie spent the day in the EQB, we asked them what their thoughts are on swapping their GLE for an all-electric vehicle.

Q: What are your first impressions of the EQB?

Jack: My first impressions of the EQB is it looks very modern and trendy. It’s big enough to fit all of my stuff and the girls stuff in. What do you think? Ava: It’s clean!

Q: Do you think the 257 mile range on the EQB would suit your lifestyle?

Jack: I think the range on the EQB would suit my lifestyle because I am constantly ferrying these two around and with my commute to work and back, it would be absolutely perfect with plenty of miles left.

Q: Are you now tempted by an all-electric Mercedes-Benz Vehicle?

Jack: I would be tempted to buy an all-electric vehicle. With the rising cost of everything, electric seems to be the way forwards.

Q: After spending the day with the fully electric EQB, what did you like about the car?

Ava: I liked that it was quiet.
