It’s the time of year to think about what we’re grateful for, and we’re celebrating the 10-year anniversaries of some of our fantastic staff!
They have played an essential part in developing the business, and are a true asset to each of our team across the South West.

To reflect upon and celebrate their time here, we spoke to a few of the team to share some of their highlights over the past decade working at Mercedes-Benz South West.

"Throughout my decade with the company, I have always been given the platform to develop and progress. Having seen so many changes throughout my time it's nice to have the confidence that the company you work for are always ahead of the curve."
Andrew Gregory
"In my 10 years working for City West Country, I can't believe how quickly the time has gone and how the company has expanded in that time. One thing I learned very quickly was that the company never stood still - there was always improvements being made - marginal gains!
"When I joined the LCV team in Plymouth, there was just myself and two technicians, but over the years we have slowly but surely built the business up with some excellent relationships with our customers, and also crucially our staff.
"I have a fantastic team around me who are all here for the long haul and I couldn't be prouder of them!"

"I've worked since I was 17, but I've never stayed with a company as long as I have been with City West Country. I love the fact that I'm part of a team that are like a family within a larger Market Area family."
